The service
MileBetter is a business-management tool for self-employed drivers. It helps you record work, review earnings, estimate future results, identify possible demand windows, and receive automated coaching.
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep control of your Google account, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for checking information before relying on it.
Do not use MileBetter to break the law, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, submit harmful material, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
Subscriptions
MileBetter offers a free plan and paid Premium subscriptions at the cadence and price shown before checkout. Stripe handles payment and subscription management. Paid access renews until cancelled through the billing portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access and any refund rights are determined by the subscription status shown by Stripe and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Forecasts and coaching
Forecasts, demand rankings, event information, and AI coaching are estimates based on the data available. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. MileBetter does not guarantee fares, demand, earnings, tax outcomes, or business results.
The service is not financial, tax, legal, employment, or safety advice. You remain responsible for where and when you work, road safety, licensing, tax, insurance, and business decisions.
Your data and our product
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You give Urbano DX permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve MileBetter as described in the Privacy Notice.
MileBetter's software, design, brand, and original content belong to Urbano DX or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable right to use the service.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep MileBetter available and accurate, but the service may change, be interrupted, or lose access to external data providers. Keep any records you are legally required to retain outside MileBetter.
To the extent permitted by law, Urbano DX is not responsible for indirect losses, lost fares, lost profits, or decisions made from forecasts or coaching. We do not exclude responsibility where the law does not allow exclusion.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using MileBetter at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a serious breach of these terms. We may update these terms when the service or law changes, and will update the date on this page.
