The short answer

Three Limo Anywhere alternatives that publish their prices suit a small fleet: Moovs, LimoFlow and WorldLimoBiz. At 60 trips a month, LimoFlow Starter is the cheapest subscription at $69, then Limo Anywhere CORE at $114, WorldLimoBiz at $120 and Moovs Standard at $149, though only Moovs has a free plan with no time limit.

Every figure comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read on 17 October 2026, before card processing fees and tax. Prices change, so open the linked pages before you sign anything. MileBetter appears in the table too, but not as a dispatch tool, because it is not one. The last sections explain what it does instead.

Published prices side by side

This is the entry plan of each tool as its own pricing page describes it. For a fleet of two or three cars, the trip allowance and the one-time fee matter as much as the headline price.

What a 60-trip month costs in year one

Take an example fleet of two cars running 60 trips a month. It is a worked example, not a customer. Each vendor's published formula gives the monthly subscription and the first-year total, including the one-time fee. The weekly column uses the conversion MileBetter applies to monthly fixed costs: multiply by 12, then divide by 52.

Example: 60 trips a month, subscription only, in US dollars
Tool and planPer monthYear one with one-time feeWeekly equivalent
LimoFlow Starter, billed annually$60.72$803.64$14.01
LimoFlow Starter, billed monthly$69.00$903.00$15.92
Limo Anywhere CORE$114.00$1,667.00$26.31
WorldLimoBiz$120.00$1,520.00, with the first 10 reservations free$27.69
Moovs Standard$149.00$2,087.00$34.38

Card fees and two details that change the order

Card fees sit outside those totals and can be larger than the subscription. Moovs is the only one of the four that prints its rate, 3.4% + $0.30 on Standard. At 60 card-paid trips averaging $150, that is $324 a month. Ask the other three for their rates before you compare totals.

WorldLimoBiz costs more than Limo Anywhere each month at this volume but less in year one, because its setup fee is $100 rather than $299 and the first 10 reservations are free. Limo Anywhere also asks operators running 50 trips a month or fewer to contact sales, so a quieter fleet may be quoted a different price.

Where each one wins

Each tool has a clear reason to pick it. These points come from the vendors' own pages. This comparison did not test reliability or support, so it makes no claim about either.

  • Limo Anywhere: a broad entry plan. CORE lists the ORES online booking engine, the Driver Anywhere app, flight tracking, affiliate networking, vehicle maintenance and unlimited users, drivers and vehicles, on month-to-month terms with 30 days' notice to cancel.
  • Moovs: the only free plan of the four with no time limit, a flat monthly fee with no per-trip charge and a published card rate. Its Standard plan is pitched at teams with 2 to 10 vehicles.
  • LimoFlow: the lowest fixed monthly price and setup fee, with unlimited users, drivers and vehicles, an embeddable booking widget, website hosting and multi-currency support listed on Starter.
  • WorldLimoBiz: you pay only for the reservations you take, so a quiet month costs less. It lists no contract and a free website with hosting.

Choose one of these, or choose MileBetter

Match the tool to how your bookings arrive and how steady your volume is.

  • Choose Limo Anywhere if you run more than 50 trips a month and want a broad suite on a per-trip price, with unlimited users and month-to-month terms.
  • Choose Moovs if you want to start free, pay a flat fee and know your card rate in advance.
  • Choose LimoFlow if the lowest fixed monthly cost matters most and 125 bookings a month is enough.
  • Choose WorldLimoBiz if your volume rises and falls and you would rather pay per reservation.
  • Choose MileBetter if you are a UK owner-driver whose bookings already arrive by phone, message or a platform, and what you lack is a clear view of what each day and week leaves after costs. It works in pounds and does not replace any of the tools above.

What MileBetter does and does not do

MileBetter records each working day's earnings, tips, expenses, hours, trips and an optional note, and calculates the day's net as earnings plus tips minus expenses. Your vehicle payment, insurance and maintenance budget become a weekly fixed cost, and the dashboard shows the week's progress against a take-home goal after those costs.

It does not take bookings, dispatch drivers, track vehicles, invoice clients or process payments, and it does not connect to any of the tools above. If you run one of them, MileBetter can sit beside it as the place where you read the week. Manual logging is free; Premium adds voice and screenshot logging, the forecast and the opportunity calendar.

To see it with your own numbers, start on the free plan, enter your fixed vehicle costs and log one working day.

What is the cheapest alternative to Limo Anywhere?

It depends on volume. Of the tools compared here, LimoFlow Starter has the lowest fixed price: $69 a month, plus a $75 setup fee, for up to 125 bookings. WorldLimoBiz costs less below 35 reservations a month at $2 each, and Moovs' Test Drive is free up to 10 rides. Card fees come on top.

Does Limo Anywhere have a plan for very small operators?

Its pricing page lists CORE as the lowest published plan, from $99 a month plus $0.25 a trip and a $299 upfront fee. Operators running 50 trips a month or fewer are invited to contact Limo Anywhere for a custom plan, so the price at that volume is not published.

Do these tools work for UK chauffeurs?

All four list their prices in dollars. Limo Anywhere says card processing outside the United States runs through partner providers, with availability varying by region, and its scheduled texting is US and Canada only. LimoFlow lists multi-currency and multi-country support on every plan. Ask Moovs and WorldLimoBiz about UK payments before you sign.

Is MileBetter a Limo Anywhere alternative?

No. MileBetter does not take bookings, dispatch drivers or process payments. It is a business manager for UK self-employed drivers: you log each day's earnings, tips, expenses, hours and trips, and it shows net earnings, weekly progress against a take-home goal and your fixed vehicle costs. It can sit beside a dispatch tool.

Make the next week easier to read. MileBetter turns a quick daily check-in into a useful business view.
